Possible Canada Post Service Disruption

A Canada Post labor disruption is possible beginning as of May 22, 2025, which may affect mail delivery for Oakville Hydro customers. We're reminding customers to keep their bill payments up to date.

Several options are available for accessing bills and making payments, including:

  • MyOakvilleHydro
You can view your consumption, pay and view bills, and sign-up for account notifications all through this powerful, mobile-friendly tool. Click here to access the portal.
  • The Oakville Hydro App
Oakville Hydro's NEW mobile app takes everything customers love about MyOakvilleHydro Portal and makes it mobile. Through the app, customers gain access to their accounts wherever they are, with the power to pay bills, subscribe to paperless billing, check their usage and more. Click here to find out more.
  • Paperless billing
When signed up for paperless billing, an email notification will be sent whenever a new bill is generated. It’s free and simple. Click here to sign up. Existing paperless billing customers will continue to receive eBills.
  • Automatic Payment Plan
Automatic payment plans (APPs) allow for payments to be automatically withdrawn from a bank account. Two options are available: a Basic Plan and an Equal Payment Plan. To learn more about these plans, click here. To register for an APP, click here.

Although we don’t often contact our customers via telephone, customers who are not enrolled in paperless billing will receive an automated call to notify them that a bill has been issued with important details.
