Automatic Payment Plans

Our automatic payment plans provide you with the option of having payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account.

We offer two options: the Basic Plan and the Equal Payment Plan.

  • Basic Plan - Bills are sent as usual to you, monthly or bi-monthly, depending on the type of service you selected. On the due date, the amount due is automatically withdrawn from your bank account.
  • Equal Payment Plan (EPP) - A fixed amount is withdrawn from your bank account on a monthly basis. The amount is calculated using your average consumption over the previous 12-month period. You are given the option of having the withdrawal take place on either the 2nd or 16th day of each month. Your EPP amount is reviewed on a yearly basis to ensure that it is in line with your actual bills and may increase or decrease depending on the previous 12-month billing history.

For your convenience, you may start or quit a plan anytime. To start a plan your account must be current.  Once you start either plan, any outstanding balance must paid in full before opting out.
