Rebuilding Our Overhead and Underground Distribution System
Oakville Hydro has an ongoing plan to replace overhead powerlines, poles, transformers, and underground cables that are at end of life. Projects are selected based on results of the asset management plan, including asset condition assessments and the asset's health index. Completion of these projects will improve reliability and enhance safety and reduce future maintenance costs.
