Introducing Oakville Hydro's New Bill – Simplicity Redefined
Oakville Hydro's newly launched bill is designed for clarity and convenience while significantly reducing carbon emissions.
Our new bill design allows customers to easily access:
- Key details about applicable charges and consumption for electricity, water and thermal services, as well as an in-depth breakdown of your usage
- Relevant information for your household and/or business
- Payment information and available options
- Access to digital tools and enhanced account features
What once took a few minutes to review can now be understood at a glance, with key information clearly organized and easy to find.
We’ve also improved the billing process to use less paper and energy, reducing overall environmental impact each year. In total, the new process will reduce CO₂ emissions by 3247 kgs and energy by 72 MMBtu on an annual basis. This is equivalent to reducing thousands of kilograms of CO₂ emissions annually.
