The more you know about electricity rates, the easier it will be to make informed decisions about your energy usage or whether your pricing plan is meeting your needs.
Your electricity bill
Oakville Hydro delivers electricity to your home or business and issues your bill. The bill includes the costs for the electricity that you use, the services Oakville Hydro provides, as well as other costs. Scroll down to get a better understanding of what's included in your monthly bill, as well as bill samples for the different types of rates (TOU, ULO and Tiered) for commercial and residential plans.
Residential and small business
If you’re a residential or small business customer, you can choose to switch between Tiered, Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) and Time-of-Use (TOU) prices. Click below for bill samples for each pricing plan.
Commercial business
