Recognizing the economic uncertainty for our customers associated with the pandemic, Oakville Hydro is offering Arrears Payment Arrangements in order to provide customers with more time to pay outstanding balances on their account.
SUPPORT PROGRAMS
We recognize that this is a difficult time for everyone and we want our customers to know that we are here in support. Oakville Hydro would also like to remind customers that we offer several programs to those having difficulty paying their electricity bills, including the COVID-19 Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) and the Ontario Electricity Support Program.
