The Government of Ontario has introduced a fixed electricity price, known as the COVID-19 Recovery Rate, of 12.8 cents per kWh, which will be automatically applied to all Time-of-Use (TOU) customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Learn more at this link.

UtilityPULSE, an opinion research firm, will be conducting a short Electrical Safety telephone survey on behalf of Oakville Hydro during February and March. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the public’s awareness of the potential hazards associated with electricity distribution assets in the Oakville community.
“Safety is Oakville Hydro’s top priority, for the public, customers, contractors and our employees,” says Mike Brown, Chief Operating Officer of Oakville Hydro.
