Oakville Hydro’s Commitment to Customer Service Leads to OEA Award

Oakville Hydro is pleased to receive the Ontario Energy Association’s (OEA’s) Customer Service Award for its commitment and progressive work in embarking on an ambitious multi-year program to develop and implement a long-term Customer Service Vision and Strategy.  Oakville Hydro was presented the award at a ceremony in Toronto on September 24, 2018.  

“Customer service excellence is a critical component of Oakville Hydro’s business and its importance is a key focus”, said Rob Lister, President and CEO of Oakville Hydro.  “Thank you to the OEA for this acknowledgement and for recognizing our focus on customer service excellence.”
