It is possible that Canada Post will experience a service disruption.
If a service disruption occurs, customers are still required to pay their Oakville Hydro invoice for hydro and water services. Payment options are listed below.

In the event that it is not a full labour disruption, Oakville Hydro will continue to deliver bills to Canada Post. Although we don’t normally contact our customers via telephone, we will be calling customers to advise that a bill has been mailed and provide a due date. Customers can determine their balance in two ways in order to pay their bill – call 905-825-9400 and use the self-serve option or speak to a Customer Service representative. Customers are also urged to sign up for eBilling and/or one of our pre-authorized payment plans to avoid missing a payment.
