The Government of Ontario has introduced a fixed electricity price, known as the COVID-19 Recovery Rate, of 12.8 cents per kWh, which will be automatically applied to all Time-of-Use (TOU) customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Learn more at this link.

(Oakville, ON) January 7, 2016 – Oakville Hydro is proud to announce the launch of its Outage Management System! This allows customers to view outage information online through a real-time map, which offers a visual representation of current power outages. Visit www.oakvilleoutages.ca
"We are thrilled to be providing this new service to our customers," said Mike Brown, Chief Operating Officer at Oakville Hydro. "Customers, and the public in general, now have the ability to be informed of outages like never before."
If you are able to access the Internet through a wireless, device, or if you are located in an area unaffected by an outage, you can visit the website to retrieve information about power outages. Visitors can also view interruption details, including estimated restoration time and, if known, the cause.
