How to Apply for Service

Here's the information you need to become one of our valued customers.

If you have moved back to Oakville, are moving within Oakville, or are re-applying for service, you can use this same information.

We need all customers applying for hydro service to complete an Application for Service form prior to service connection.

Customers can provide this information by completing the appropriate Application for Service form (see below) and forwarding the completed document to our Customer Service Department in person, or by fax at (905) 825-4447, or anytime to our drop box.

Please note: If you are a new customer or moving within Oakville, an application for service must be completed prior to your closing/lease date to avoid possible power disruption.

If you are moving out, please provide us with at least 7 days' notice.
